We’re wrapping up the last part of this 2-phase project in New Hanover County, managed by Joby Hawn and Ramsey Hawn. Covering about 12 acres, our earthwork grading crew is clearing and prepping the site for material import to balance the land.
On top of that, we’re continuing work on the infrastructure road for the City of Wilmington, connecting Independence Blvd to 17th Street—a major milestone for this development!
This huge project has come together in under 9 months, and we’re ready to crush the next phase. Proud to be working with Middleburg Construction to make it happen!
